Event Emergency Medical Rescue Services
Norpoint Medical LLC has been providing EMRS to the PNW and Western Coast since 2016, covering several mountain bike race series, cycle cross races, trail running races, relay races, and specialized races held in the USFS and WA DNR lands as well as other remote areas of WA, OR, and CA.
Our services include remote medical/rescue personnel equipped for all austere and back-country or trail emergencies with off-road capable rescue vehicles and apparatus. Medical tents and base camp are established for all events for command and patient care.
We also provide medical trailers for larger events as needed. Please inquire about our comprehensive Event Safety Management Services.
Our services compliment local jurisdictional Fire/EMS and Law Enforcement/SAR services by working cohesively as a team ensuring the safety of all participants.

Peninsula Adventure Sports
Norpoint Medical has been working with PAS since 2015 providing Emergency Medical Rescue Services for the Big Hurt Race in Port Angeles, WA, providing medical as well as being the overall safety management consultant for this event.
Norpoint Medical also provides EMRS for all of their race series including the Frosty Moss, Oat Run, Gravel Unravel Series, GOAT Run, The Big Hurt, and their Extreme CX annually.
NW Cup
Norpoint Medical has been providing Event Safety Management by providing Emergency Medical Rescue Services for the downhill mountain bike race series in Port Angeles, WA since 2017.
Norpoint Medical has been privileged to be a part of an awesome team of race coordinators that truly care for their racers by consistently providing licensed EMRS through Norpoint Medical. Seeing all of the racers year by year, and having aided several racers in minor and major injuries, the support and appreciation shown by all is very much appreciated.
Race Cascadia
After meeting Trey Wilson (a career Fire/Paramedic) at NW Cup in 2016 during a medical event, and proving our abilities as a reputable and competent emergency medical and rescue providers, Norpoint Medical has been the Event EMRS company since 2019 for all Race Cascadia Dirt Cup and Youth Enduro Race Series.
Norpoint Medical has worked alongside RC’s staff closely before, during, and after the event. We appreciate their dedication to providing a fun and safe race mountain bike enduro race series.
Sturdy Dirty
First of all, these gals kick ass! We are extremely supportive and happy to be a part of an event that promotes the strengths of women especially in the mountain biking sport.
Norpoint Medical has been providing EMRS for the Sturdy Dirty Crew since AC (After Covid) starting in 2021. Due to our proven and reliable services being provided in the mountain bike racing community, we are honored to provide our EMRS services for the Sturdy Dirty annual race.
Evergreen Mt. Bike Alliance
Norpoint provided our full service Event Safety Management for the 2022 Bike Festival in Port Gamble WA.
Due to being known in the Mt. Bike racing community, Development Director Patrick Walker contracted with Norpoint to provide overall safety, EMRS, and Security for the event.
